Introducing to the FLASH Daily Planning System

Here’s a 90-second video I recorded introducing how I use FLASH daily planning. Warning: My daughters say I need to work on my Instagram reel recording skills.

While I use a Hobonichi Techo Cousin Avec planner, you can use your own daily planner or even a sheet of paper.

The five parts of FLASH Daily Planning

F = Figure out your most important tasks

L = List your got-done’s throughout the day

A = Accept inevitable disruptions and adjust accordingly

S = Spot out at least one good thing that happened and give thanks or express your gratitude

H = Honor the end or your day by quickly reflecting

To learn more about why each step works well, particularly for smart and caring women, and how to incorporate this seamlessly into your daily life, check out my new masterclass on Maven. Please note that this is a tool I teach in The Lighthouse MethodTM course.
